76IB has a new Battalion Commander

The 76th Infantry (Victrix) Battalion stationed at Sitio Linang, Brgy. San Luis, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro has a new Battalion Commander following a Change of Command Ceremony held at its Headquarters on February 23, 2015 which was presided by BGen Rodel Mauro R Alarcon AFP, Assistant Division Commander, 2ID. On his message, BGen Alarcon congratulated both the outgoing and incoming Battalion Commanders, and urged all Victrix Troopers to continuously do their best in winning the peace and development as they will be led by their new Battalion Commander. Lt Col Eric D Guevarra INF (GSC) PA replaced Lt Col Michael D Licyayo INF (GSC) PA and assumed post as the 21st Battalion Commander of 76IB. Lt Col Guevarra is the former Battalion Commander of the 2nd Civil Military Operations (CMO) Battalion and the Head of the Technical Working Group (TWG) in connection with the 2ID – MSAB Oktoberfest which was successfully conducted inside Camp Capinpin in October last year, and has brought thousands of individuals from various sectors to enjoy and participate on the said activity. Said Change of Command Ceremony which started at around 1:30 PM was attended by various stakeholders and government Officials from Occidental and Oriental Mindoro.  76IB has a new Battalion Commander  76IB has a new Battalion Commander
